Shipping policy

All orders are processed within three business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

MOTŪ Hybrid Truck Caps and components will be shipped via UPS Ground. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. Visit the UPS website and enter your tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status.

MOTŪ Merch will be shipped via USPS First Class Postal Service. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. Visit the USPS website and enter your tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or high shipping volumes, may cause delays. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been shipped.
